Unable to access resource information from Enterprise

Question
Why some users are unable to view the resources information and getting error 'Website cannot display the page' and some getting 'Error 500 page not found?
 

 

Answer
On the IIS Server, install the "Office Web Component" version that corresponds to your Changepoint version.
This office component is needed internally for resource information to be displayed.
