QUESTION

How can a part time employee be setup in Changepoint?


 

ANSWER

There is no standard way of doing it and there is no special employee class 'part time'. What can be done:

- For an employee that works every day, but not full time, the daily conversion factor and the hours per day can be reduced in the resource profile.

- For an employee that doesn't work every day, non-working days can be added to the resource calendar by an administrator with the corresponding feature.
