Some invoices cannot be selected for batch emailing

To be emailed, an invoice must already exist in HTML format. When you create an invoice manually, the HTML is created, but emails generated by batch invoicing do not have the HTML information.

Workarounds

You can generate the HTML format for invoices the following ways:

  • By displaying the invoice in Changepoint. The HTML format of an invoice is created automatically when the invoice is displayed in Changepoint, for example, when the invoice is viewed before being approved. 
  • By using local batch printing, which generates the HTML for multiple invoices at a time.
