Resource defined non working days appear as overbooked in resource scheduling (2012 SP2)

QUESTION:
In resource calendar, we have created a non working day which appears correctly in the calendar.
However on the resource scheduling it does not appear as Non Working Day (grey) but as overbooked (ie in red).
It works ok for Non Working Days defined at workgroup level though.

Could you please tell me why it is displayed as overbooked?


ANSWER:

The setting « percent available for planned work » in workgroup (system manager / user setup / workgroup) is set to 0.
Change the value to one different from 0 to have requested behavior.
