Errors when accessing Changepoint after installing a new certificate

Symptoms

When attempting to access Changepoint after installing a new SSL certificate the following error is generated:

Exception type: CryptographicException 
Exception message: Keyset does not exist

Reason

User that was installing the certificate did not have access to create a file in the “MachineKeys” folder under "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys”
