SYMPTOMS
On report scheduler, some reports that have advanced feature enabled ( to send a .csv or HTTP email, or to be posted on "received reports" container ) remain on pre-rendering status. When opening the schedule the status is "completed", but the report is not sent to the recipient and is not seen on the "completed reports" section.

REASON
Customer had an incorrect URL entered in the pre-render setup URL for the System Manager. It was originally pointing to a site which did not allow Anonymous Access, and then the location it was pointing to for the web site was incorrect.


RESOLUTION
Change the URL to point to the correct location, and ensure that the server which contained the service had access to the Pre-Render site setup in System Manager.
