Editing report designer reports in the treeview

SYMPTOMS:
Right mouse clicking on the report in the treeview, and choosing edit should bring you to the edit screen for that report in Report Designer. However it just brings you to the 'Home' page in Report Designer, not the edit page for that report.
   
REASON:
DNS issue, you need the FQDN in the Server Integration section in System Manager for the Report Designer field. The url consists of the address for Report Designer, and the guid for the report. The guid for the report is missing and therefore it takes you to the 'home' page.


RESOLUTION:
In the Server Integration page in System Manager, put the fully qualified domain name in the Report Designer field.
