Workflow error when creating an entity

QUESTION

An intelligent form creates a Changepoint entity, e.g. an Opportunity. This was always working, but suddenly starts failing.

The COM API log mentions a workflow error -95.

RESOLUTION

Please check the workflow status ID that is sent from the form to Changepoint. It must match the initial state of the workflow. In case the workflow definition has changed and uses a different initial state, please update the ID sent by the intelligent form.
