Unable to login after user name change using single sign-on (SSO)

SYMPTOM:
On SSO (Single Sign-On) environment, after updating the name of a user account from both AD and Changepoint, login failure occurs.

Steps Taken to Update Active Directory and Changepoint:
1. AD account name / login updated
2. Changepoint User Setup was synced to AD with updated information.

To update Changepoint User Setup, please follow the steps below.
1. Access to [System Manager] in Changepoint
2. Click [User Setup], Click sub category [User Setup]
3. Search the user
4. Update [SSO Credential] & [Email] & possibly [Password] as well
5. Click [Save]


REASON:
Although configuration is updated, the old authentication token remains in browser cache.

RESOLUTION:
Clearing browser cache will remove the old authentication token.
