"Manager" is the resource in the "Reports to" field in User Setup page.

"2nd Level Manager" is the manager of the resource selected in the "Reports to" field in User Setup page. 

"Request queue resources" is the list of resources who have access to the request queue. 

"Product Manager" is the "Business contact" field in the edit product page.
