How to allow assigning any resource to a task when resource requests are enabled at Billing Office Level

The checkbox "Override task restriction" can be checked at engagement level if you do not need to use resource requests (and keep checkbox "Enable resource requests and restrictions" in the related Billing office enabled).

Note 1: In order to be able to activate "Override task restriction" in an engagement, the option "Allow the task assignment restriction to be overridden at engagement-level" must be enabled for the billing office.

Note 2: To edit any of the three check boxes in "projected resources", you need to be resource manager for the staffing workgroup of the engagement.

Note 3: You also need to have the feature 'Allow access projected resources' (APR).
