1. The IE title showing differently for users. How to configure it to show both Changepoint URL and title bar on the screen?
2. What is the process to change System Manager’s title bar?

1. On the machines that URL is not visible, go to IE Tools> Internet Options> Security tab> Click Internet >>Custom Level button>> Disable the option: "Allow websites to open windows without address or status bars."

2. In order to change the title bar in System Manager. Go to system manager >> User Interface >> Strings and PCIDs >> search for PCID= 40063.
