Exchange rate appears to be 1 for some Expenses
Two exchange rates appear in the expense, one of them is 1 and the other one is the correct rate but appears in between parenthesis. The exchange rate 1 is applied to the item, instead of the correct rate, despite having the exchange rate defined in System Manager.
REASON:
Exchange rate was not defined when the expense was created, therefore the rate is set to 1.00000
If a new exchange rate is defined after the expense has been created, the new rate is also displayed in parenthesis.
RESOLUTION:
Discard the expense report, edit the expense, change the currency to another value and then change it back to the original value. The new rate will be used in the expense.
