How do users access the Mobile app?

To access the Changepoint Mobile app, users require the following:

  • "Access Mobile Application" security feature
  • Changepoint URL or domain
  • Changepoint Mobile app (download and install the from the app store for their device)
  • Changepoint user ID and password to sign in to the app
