Changepoint User deleted but time remaining

QUESTION:
We have a user who's account was deleted, we have since created a new user account for this user and now we are seeing Time entries from both the new and old account. How can we remove the time from the old account so it will not affect our reporting?


ANSWER:
To resolve this issue the resource needs to be "undeleted" via the backend using a SQL script. Once the resource has been restored the Time approver must login use Central Time to adjust all time entries to 0 hours that are effecting the reports. The final step will be to then re-delete the resource using User setup in System manager

Product Manager has advised this is the best way to resolve this situation.
