How do you make the download list in Preferences disappear so that users do not have the option to download the items?

Answer
MSP integration item can be removed by removing the Microsoft Project integration feature.

Outlook Integration can be removed by removing the following features:

  • OCS - Outlook Contact Synchronization
  • CCS - Exchange Calendar Synchronization
  • ACM - Manage Activities
  • CKM - Create Knowledge Items
  • CRQ - Create Requests


Other than removing features, there is no way to remove these items from the list.
