Symptoms


A user with the feature to create and delete resources in User Setup is unable to unassign resources, as nothing happens when the Save button is clicked.
 

Reason


This user does not have access to the Confidential section in the User Setup.

 

Resolution

Access to the Confidential section is required in order to be able to unassign resources.
