1. After installing Microsoft Outlook Add In do you need to have a dedicated Exchange Server in order to enable bidirectional information on the Client Side from CP to Outlook ?
2. If I set the settings in Outlook to Real-Time Synchronization or Batch Synchronization, how would the data transfer work in both the cases ?

Resolution
1. No, you do not need a dedicated exchange server.
2. When in Real-Time, Batch Synchronization will be disabled and vice versa. In Real-Time, the data transfer is only from outlook to Changepoint, not the other way around. In Batch Synchronization the data transfer is bi-directional from Changepoint to outlook and vice versa.
