How to make the first grouped level distinguishable in a Report Designer report?

In a 3-level grouped report, the headers for the 1st grouped field (e.g. Request Number) does not repeat throughout the report, effecting the readability of the report. Is there an option to repeat this header row throughout the report or another method for distinguishing the rows from the 1st grouping level from the other rows?

Answer:
Conditional formatting can be used to distinguish between the group levels, by printing the rows from the 1st grouping level in bold:
- define a condition that would be true for all values in the top level group, such as “Request Number -> Has Values”:
- use this condition to print the request number in bold
