User cannot log into Changepoint despite popup blocker being disabled

Question
The logon screen shows, he enters the user and password, but when he is supposed to see the Changepoint screen pop-up, it never comes despite Pop-up blockers being turned off?
 

Reason
The issue was that Google toolbar was blocking the pop-up on the screen.

Answer
Disable the Google toolbar, or any other add-in that can change the behavior of your browser.
