Why does "Transfer Time and Expense" does not list all tasks under a project?

 

Answer
Only the tasks from which time can be transferred are listed in this dialog. If a task is not listed in the dialog that means there is no time entry that can be transferred from that task.

When transferring time from tasks, the following rules apply:

  • Time can only be transferred from a resource to a task to which the resource is assigned, including open tasks.
  • Adjusted time records, invoiced time records, time records for which revenue has been recognized, or time records that are in closed periods for editing cannot be transferred.
