Time Approval View: Resource is not available

Question
Why do approvers get a time approval reminder, then pull up the list of users and see some time entries that are marked as 'Not Available'?
 


 

Answer
The time approval screen shows the time as 'Not Available' because the time booked needs to be approved by the project or engagement level approver. This is more of an information page for the resources level time approver showing what time the employees are booking, even if it needs to be approved by a different approver.
