Utilization Details by resource report not showing any target hours (2012 SP2)

QUESTION:
when running the Utilization Details by Resource report, no number shows up in the target hours. What is the reason?


ANSWER:
-The data provider takes the annual target hours and divides by 250. If they don’t have annual target hours filled out in user setup (confidential information section), it would be 0.
-If the annual target hour is set properly, check if data is available in the ds_tbldemandandcapacity view (aka the resource demand and capacity – static data provider).
