How to enable email logging or get access to the emails that have been sent out by the system? v2012

Changepoint out of the box does not have email logging on any emails sent out of Changepoint. Customers can create custom database triggers that will capture the data and then send it to a custom table to track this information.

The data tracked can then be reported on by using custom data providers to report off of the custom table.
