GETByXML error (2017)

SYMPTOMS:

When I tried to update a Resource using API, I get an error: GETByXML error

ERROR:

REASON:

Resource Rates were null.

 

RESOLUTION:

Updating Resource Rates to 0.00 allowed proper update.
