Alternate Name field for contacts (2010)

SYMPTOMS
I have enabled the Alternate Name in Changepoint, and I now have the alternate name field available for resources and customers but not for contacts. It is not only the documentation that states that contacts can have an alternate name, but also the System Manager page where we configured the character for the alternate name. How can we configure the alternate name field for contacts?


RESOLUTION

Alternate names are supported for companies, opportunities, engagements, resource profiles and projects, contrary to what System Manager guide says. Documentation will be modified to reflect that in future releases.
