What does "More records available" option in type ahead fields signify?

Is the "-- More records available --" string at the bottom of a type ahead dropdown supposed to be clickable to expand the list?

 

 

Answer
This is not clickable. If a field has too many values (more than 500), there will be a row at the very bottom of the list "--More records available--" with a hover-over directing the user to use the type-ahead to filter the data (configurable in the web.config file, defaulted to 500 but can be altered to be a different value - but no more than 1,000).
