PSO vs ITD

What is PSO and ITD:

Planview Offers two versions of ChangePoint Software.

A.) PSO stands for Professional Service Organization which is customer consultancies who is selling services to their customers aka External customers.
B.) ITD stands for IT department, who are internal clients of Planview ChangePoint.

How to recognize a PSO or ITD Account:

01. You will see it mentioned against PSO/ITD column at WorldWide Lab homepage.

02. Check the PSO or ITD flag via MySQL Tool by running following query:
       SELECT * from Version
       
If the Flag= 0 , ITD account.
         Flag =1, PSO Account.
