String Error on Requests

SYMPTOMS:
When you try to open a request or if you search for the Request then try to open it, the following message is generated:

ERROR/WARNING MESSAGES:
Input string was not in a correct format

REASON:
The request SLA was not defined for the StartTime and EndTime.


RESOLUTION:

Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
• Edit the engagement associated with the request.
• Check “request processing rules” if Track SLA is enabled
• Then click on “request SLA” and define the StartTime and EndTime
• Click Save
• Then Access the request from the advance search.
