Modify an existing Changepoint field

We are looking to modify an existing Changepoint field. As we read the documentation we should be able to change the name of an existing field in Changepoint. Can you confirm in the following cases:
 
1. Identify what steps we need to do in order to change the field name
2. Let us know if we can change the field and make it a numeric field and enforce standard rules around entering $
3. If we are able to make these changes, does this put us at risk when updates are pushed out to Changepoint:
 
• change the name of Fixed Fee ID in the Fixed Fee Schedule to Fixed Fee Cost
• change it to numeric, specifically $


You can change the name of a field by modifying the pagecontentid associated with it, or terminology (depending on where the caption is coming from). This example would use a pagecontentid.

You cannot change the format of a field. That is only possible with configurable fields, not standard fields. Configurable fields are not available for fixed fees.
