How to repopulate the Preinvoiced Time table if invoicing process is interrupted

If the invoicing process is interrupted and time records in the Time table have "Invoice Status" = 0 but the records are not available for invoicing, you can repopulate the Preinvoiced Time table as follows:

  1. Desubmit the time records that are to be repopulated into the Preinvoiced Time table.
  2. Using Central Time, submit the time records for Approval.
  3. Using the Batch Time and Expense Approval report, approve these time records again.

The time records should now be available for invoicing.

If possible, you might also try to set the entire task to not billable and then back to billable.
