How can we display Changepoint in French?

Question
We have employees in France that have joined the North America instance of Changepoint.  Most employees see Changepoint captions and  menus in French. However some see it in English.  Is there an IE Browser setting they can update to change the system language?

 

 

Answer
Here are the steps to set the IE language to French :

  • Open Internet Explorer > Click on Tools > Option
  • Click on Languages under Appearance section.
  • Add the French language and click on Move up option to move it to the top of the list.
  • Close the Language window and click on OK.
  • Click on OK to close the Internet option Window.
  • Restart the machine
