2014 SP1- User is not prompted to use a request template

VERSION: 2014 SP1

QUESTION:

When one of the users tries to create a request, he is not prompted to select a request template.


ANSWER:

User set one of the templates in his Preferences section to default. Once the default checkbox is removed, all templates will be available to him for selection.
