Transferring Access/Features but Running into License Issue

Symptoms

Upon copying an employee to create new user, License error message occurs.

Error/warning messages
Certain Licenses are not available.


Reason

Access/Features are linked with certain set of licenses and the required license for the access/features have reached maximum. Copying the user access/features will temporarily require 2 instead of 1 license and this cause the following error messages.

Resolution

The original user's access/features has to be removed first before granting/transferring to another.
