UDF error received for attachments in the client portal

Symptoms

Receiving the following message when I am opening a request and trying to attach a file to the request in the Changepoint client portal.
 
Error/warning messages

"A PROBLEM OCCURRED WITH THE CONFIGURABLE FIELDS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR" (SAVEUDF)

Reason

Customers Proxy Server was conflicting with Changepoint.com domain name.

Note: Other error messages in other functionalities of Changepoint might occur in case the network blocks any traffic for the Changepoint website.

Resolution

Added an exception for Changepoint.com within the proxy server.
