Cannot take ownership of a project

SYMPTOMS

A user is a project plan editor for a certain project. The project manager has activated 'Allow plan editors to take ownership'. Yet there is a project plan editor who cannot transfer projects to himself.

RESOLUTION

In order to be able to transfer projects to yourself, a user needs the feature 'Edit Project'. Being a project plan editor alone is not sufficient, as this only guarantees to have the feature 'Manage Tasks'.
