Change field name on Request Priority

Can the Request Priority field name be changed?


Yes, the string corresponding to PageContentID 201896 (Request priority field) can be changed in system manager.
Change the Request Priority field name as follows:
1. Go to System Manager, expand User Interface
2. Click Terminology
3. Select category: Request
4. Click on RequestPriority and under the Modify Field Label, change the name and click save.
