Action menu options in the Project Status by Resource is not working (2012)

ANSWER:
Resetting the users Internet Explorer browser settings by following the steps:

1. Go to the Tools Menu
2. Selection Internet Options
3. Select the Advanced Tab
4. Click on the Reset button in the "Reset Internet Explorer Settings"
5. Ensure the Delete Personal Settings check box is selected.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Confirm with the user first if resetting browser settings is okay. The user may want to make note of any specific IE settings i.e. Proxy Settings.
