Invalid object name error when editing a budget

Symptoms

The following error can occur when editing budget after a general patch has been installed.

Invalid object name Changepoint_CPTempDB.......~FT_BGT_GetFiscalPeriodsForSummary

Resolution

After a general patch is installed, users should always clear the browser cache (history) before connecting to Changepoint.
