Replacing expired Changepoint certificates
Within your Changepoint environment, the following certificates are used to ensure the security of the system for both SSO (Single Sign-on) and external API communications:
- ChangepointCookieCertificate
- ChangepointSigningCertificate
- ChangepointAPICertificate
The current certificates will be expiring in 2022, with the ChangepointCookieCertificate expiring first on January 29, 2022. We have created a Changepoint Certificate Update Package to replace these expiring certificates with new ones.
You will need to update your certificates by January 29, 2022 if:
- Your system is configured to use SSO with the supplied ChangepointCookieCertificate and ChangepointSigningCertificate. NOTE: If you use your own certificates for SSO then you do not need to update these certificates.
- You are using Changepoint’s WCF API.
If you require the updated certificates, please create a ticket @ https://support.planview.com requesting the Changepoint Certificate Update Package.
We will also be sending an alert via the Planview status page. (https://status.planview.com).
