Code type default value not taken into account with templates

Symptoms
In System Manager a UDF code type is configured with several values at a given level, and one of those values is set as default.

In a request template, the value of this UDF is cleared.

When the user creates a request this UDF comes up as empty, instead of having the default value defined in System Manager.

Reason
When a user creates a request, the value for the UDF Code type in the template takes precedence on the default value defined for the UDF in System Manager. Note that clearing the value of the UDF in the request template means overriding the default value of the UDF, therefore the default value of the UDF becomes "empty/no value" upon creating the template.

If the UDF is not populated with the expected default value when creating a request, it indicates either that the expected default value was removed in the request template, or that no default value has been defined for this UDF in System Manager.
