Exchange report currency amount appears to be wrong

Symptoms
When trying to create expense reports on an engagement having USD as the default currency, the expense amount appears in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).

Reason
User's base currency is BHD, therefore the amount is converted to BHD.

Resolution
This behaviour is normal, user's base currency is used for the expense amount.
