Customer or contact import fails with "page could not be refreshed" error v2012

Customer and contact import always fails with the error message:
The page could not be refreshed. Please select Import again.
Is there any setting that needs to be changed to make this work?


Please check the size limit for knowledge item attachments that has been configured at global workgroup level. The same setting is also used for the file to be uploaded for customer and contact import. If this is set to 0, the users in that global workgroup cannot upload files. In order to use the import functionnality, this size limit must be greater than zero.
