QUESTION:

Is there any way to create sub folders in Cognos to organize reports?


ANSWER:

Yes, it is possible to create sub folders. The user must be a Cognos administrator to do so.

Also users can put a Cognos report into a Changepoint report category (one level only, no sub-folders).

Note, the Cognos folders are not reflected in Changepoint, i.e. the Changepoint reports tree view is different and has its own structure.
