Making add/remove rows in a repeating section more intuitive

Issue

When you enable the Add/Remove option when designing a form, the option appears on the form as small images that are not obvious to users.

Solution

To make adding/removing rows more intuitive, add a name to the repeating section. For example if the repeating section is about fixed fees, name the section "Fixed Fee," which results in  buttons named "Add Fixed Fee" and "Remove Fixed Fee" on the form.
