How to change the title bar in System Manager to indicate Prod or Dev?

Add a key into the AppSettings section in the System Manager web.config file, for example

  <add key="Instance" value="title bar name"/>

This only applies to Changepoint up to V2012, as Changepoint V2014 and newer do not have a separate System Manager website anymore.
