Changepoint trial license has expired. Please contact Changepoint to obtain permanent license

Symptoms

When launching Changepoint, the following message appears:
System is unavailable to everyone. How do we reset this to get it working?

Error:
"The Changepoint trial license has expired. Please contact Changepoint to obtain permanent license."


Reason

Pilot License key expired.



Resolution

The following steps were performed to import the new license file.
Ran the following sql scripts:
-delete LicenseImportHistory
-delete Licenseusage
-delete Registration

Then
1.Login to System Manager
2.The Import licenses dialog opens
3.Browse to select the License File
4.Click on Import
5.Once the registration and available licenses sections are populated, click close.
The system manager home page then opens.
