Problem with reporting Task Planned Hours using Fiscal Periods (CP 2010)

SYMPTOMS
It appears that Changepoint stores the Planned hours breakup at task level in the Table TaskFiscalRollup, but this happens only when Project’s Engagement linked to the Billing office has fiscal periods linked. As the client is only using one billing office with the Fiscal period (FP-Monthly as per the Accelerator) , they are not getting the Task entries for the project which are linked to the other billing offices in this table. It is not showing the Task Planned hours breakup in this table.

Financial Analysis by Task Assignment by Fiscal
