Error in data mapper log: ConfigId does not point to an active/valid configuration

Symptoms

The full error message is:

10/15/2019 3:55:32 PM: DataMapper cannot process message because ConfigId does not point to an active/valid configuration="abcdefg.xml" from queue="undefined"

"abcdefg.xml" is the transformation file declared in the user interface and also in the Adapter.xml of the Communication dispatcher.

The result is no export files are generated.


Reason

The transformation file name is case sensitive.

Resolution

Verify that the exact transformation file name in entered in the user interface in the export configuration and in the data mapper Adapter.xml file.
