Report Designer not opening when accessed from Changepoint Enterprise

Symptoms
When clicking on the report designer, the sign on box does not appear. Resource can put the url into a IE browsers and get to report designer.

Reason
The URL provided in report designer server integration is wrong.

Resolution
Corrected the Report Designer URL in System Manager>Server Integration to point to the correct URL (Report Designer)
